ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Instruct classes of the highest quality and administer feedback from members to Supervisor(s).
• Understand the program offered by the School of Performing Arts to provide appropriate responses to member questions.
• Understand the relationship between parents and participants to support the overall program success.
• Supervise Youth:
  • Adhere to policies related to boundaries with youth.
  • Attend required abuse risk management training.
  • Adhere to procedures related to managing high-risk activities and supervising youth.
  • Report suspicious or inappropriate behaviors and policy violations.
  • Follow mandated abuse reporting requirements.
