ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Instruct classes of the highest quality and administer feedback from members to Supervisor(s).
- Understand the program offered by the School of Performing Arts to provide appropriate responses to member questions.
- Understand the relationship between parents and participants to support the overall program success.
- Supervise Youth:
- Adhere to policies related to boundaries with youth.
- Attend required abuse risk management training.
- Adhere to procedures related to managing high-risk activities and supervising youth.
- Report suspicious or inappropriate behaviors and policy violations.
- Follow mandated abuse reporting requirements.
