About the role
We are seeking a part-time Health Information Management (HIM) Clerk/Scanner to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain medical record integrity through accurate and timely scanning and indexing of documents.
- Ensure proper location of information.
- Responds to all incoming telephone calls and requests for medical information.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Typing and communication skills required.
- Medical Record experience preferred.
- Customer Service experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skills
- Strong typing and communication skills.
- Experience with medical records and customer service is preferred but not required.
