About the Role

Join our team as a Front Desk Agent—the ultimate guest experience guru. You’ll master the art of warm welcomes, smooth check-ins, and friendly farewells, serving as the face of the hotel. Behind the scenes, you’ll keep the front desk running efficiently, handling reservations, requests, and surprises with precision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier guest service, ensuring every interaction feels effortless and inviting.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with guests and team members to keep operations flowing smoothly.
• Solve problems quickly and effectively, turning challenges into positive guest experiences.
• Multitask with ease, managing reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and financial details.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Schedule

Shifts are 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. Weekend availability is required.
