Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals in achieving a self-sufficient, autonomous, and self-determined life.
• Engaging in diverse services including home care, mobile services, childcare, and psychological counseling.
• Providing assistance in areas such as nutrition in old age, incontinence, and mental health crises.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the relevant field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Qualifications

• Education in nursing, psychology, social work, or related fields.
• Valid professional certification in your area of expertise.
• Fluency in German and English.
