Responsibilities
- Supporting individuals in achieving a self-sufficient, autonomous, and self-determined life.
- Engaging in diverse services including home care, mobile services, childcare, and psychological counseling.
- Providing assistance in areas such as nutrition in old age, incontinence, and mental health crises.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the relevant field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Qualifications
- Education in nursing, psychology, social work, or related fields.
- Valid professional certification in your area of expertise.
- Fluency in German and English.
Skills
