About the role

Lead system-level integration and bring-up of HIL benches replicating vehicle E/E behavior.
Design and assemble bench hardware — wire harnesses, breakout boxes, load simulation, power distribution, and instrumentation — for ease of assembly, serviceability, and robust operation.
Develop tooling and automation in Python for ECU flashing, test orchestration, and bench health monitoring integrated into CI pipelines.
Debug internal hardware and software issues using oscilloscopes, and bus analysis tools across CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet.
Conduct network compatibility and protocol compliance reviews to validate interoperability of sensors, ECUs, and actuation subsystems on the bench.
Define acceptance criteria, execute bench- and vehicle-level validation, and drive root cause analysis to closure.
Maintain platform documentation including bench schematics, integration procedures, failure mode analyses, and action reports.
Interface cross-functionally with software, hardware, and program teams to drive delivery, tracking integration tasks and defects in JIRA.
