We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse posting. A valid U.S. driver license and an acceptable driving record are required. Pre-employment driving records checks, including FMCSA Clearinghouse registration and full query check for final candidate(s) and annual query for current employees. As of Sept. 29, 2025, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has rescinded prior guidance that allowed state DMVs to issue limited term commercial driver’s licenses (CDLs). As a result, individuals who hold a lawful employment authorization document (EAD) are no longer eligible to obtain a commercial learner’s permit (CLP) or commercial driver’s license (CDL). This federal policy change may impact candidates applying for positions that require a CDL. For more information, please refer to the FMCSA announcement and the accompanying FAQ. - What We’d Like To See: attributes list: Experience in road maintenance, construction or in a maintenance training program such as ODOT High School to Highway program, ODOT/ODF Fire and Ice program, Job Corps, etc. A current, valid commercial driver’s license A (CDL-A) is preferred. Experience completing basic mechanical repairs on light and heavy vehicles or equipment. Experience working on a team. - How To Apply: steps (fill out application, attach resume, contact recruiter, complete questionnaire, after submit respond to public records request authorization and gender identity questionnaire, etc). This is application instructions; we must remove application instructions per instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should drop the "How To Apply" section entirely. - Additional Information: includes visa sponsorship, I-9, E-Verify, age not requested, recruitment may fill multiple vacancies, name-based criminal background checks, represented by SEIU, EEO statement, accommodation request, etc. This is boilerplate/EEO/legal; we should remove. Thus we need to keep substantive content: About the role (maybe from "The Role" paragraph), Responsibilities (from "A Day In The Life"), Requirements (minimum qualifications + special qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe "What We’d Like To See" as preferred qualifications?), Skills (maybe combine some?), Benefits (from "What’s In It For You"), Pay (salary range and PERS note), Schedule (maybe mention seasonal position expected ~6 months, seasonal positions are regular status, benefits eligible, etc). Also mention "Seasonal position that is expected to last approximately 6 months from date of hire." That's schedule info. We need to decide which sections to include. We have: - About the role: The Role paragraph. - Responsibilities: A Day In The Life list (operate equipment, etc). Could be a
. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (one year experience OR two years...). Also Special Qualifications (CDL-A with tanker endorsement, response time, etc). Could combine as requirements. - Qualifications: What We’d Like To See (preferred qualifications). Could be a section. - Skills: maybe we could extract from responsibilities? But we might not need a separate Skills section if content overlaps. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we might combine some. We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections have content. Let's list potential sections: About the role: Yes, we have a paragraph. Responsibilities: Yes, we have a list of duties. Requirements: Yes, we have minimum qualifications and special qualifications. Qualifications: Yes, we have "What We’d Like To See" (preferred qualifications). Skills: Could be derived from responsibilities but maybe not needed; we could omit if thin. Benefits: Yes, we have work/life balance, 11 paid holidays, flexible schedules, paid leave, etc. Also mention Public Service Loan Forgiveness opportunity. So we have benefits. Pay: Yes, salary range $4,312 - $5,988, plus note about PERS increase 6.95% if PERS member. Also mention comprehensive and equitable base salary offer within range, equal pay assessment. So we have pay. Schedule: Yes, seasonal position expected ~6 months from date of hire, seasonal positions are regular status, benefits eligible, etc. Also mention may need after hours, weekends, holidays for emergency, on call, weather related. So schedule info exists. Thus we can include all these sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we will not have

    Highway Maintenance Specialist

. We'll just have headings for sections. We must use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we will use those exact headings? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests we can use those headings. Likely we should use those exact strings as headings. We'll produce

    About the role

    , etc. We must use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from those sections. We must remove boilerplate etc. We need to be careful to not include duplicated lines. Let's extract content for each section. **About the role** (The Role paragraph): Original: "The Role Do you want to use your skills to make a difference? Join our hardworking Brothers maintenance crew and help keep Oregon’s roads and travelers safe! As part of our team, you will operate equipment necessary to maintain and repair roadways, highways, bridges and structures. You will also help with emergency cleanup and traffic control after storms, spills, incidents and more! Apply today! This is a seasonal position that is expected to last approximately 6 months from date of hire. Seasonal positions are regular status, benefits eligible positions, which occur, terminate and recur periodically or regularly. We provide a safe and reliable multimodal transportation system that connects people and helps Oregon's communities and economy thrive. We encourage people from all backgrounds and abilities to apply for our positions. Before applying, visit our applicant information website to learn more about our process. If you are a current State of Oregon employee, you must apply through your employee Workday profile." We need to remove application instructions like "Before applying, visit our applicant information website..." and "If you are a current State of Oregon employee, you must apply through your employee Workday profile." Also "Apply today!" maybe considered call to action; but it's part of the role description? Might be considered application instruction. Safer to remove any sentences that direct to apply or visit website. Also "Before applying..." and "If you are a current State of Oregon employee..." are application instructions. Also "Apply today!" is a call to action; likely considered application instruction. We'll remove those. Thus About the role prose: "Do you want to use your skills to make a difference? Join our hardworking Brothers maintenance crew and help keep Oregon’s roads and travelers safe! As part of our team, you will operate equipment necessary to maintain and repair roadways, highways, bridges and structures. You will also help with emergency cleanup and traffic control after storms, spills, incidents and more! We encourage people from all backgrounds and abilities to apply for our positions." We kept "We encourage people from all backgrounds and abilities to apply for our positions." That's okay; it's not an instruction to apply but a statement encouraging diversity. It's fine. **Responsibilities** (A Day In The Life): Original list: - Operate a variety of heavy and light equipment and tools to maintain and repair various surfaces. - Assist with weather related emergencies and operate snowplows, deicer trucks and other equipment to clear snow from roadways. - Perform minor surface repairs including pothole and concrete patching and small inlay work. - Clear debris, clear brush, mow grass and spray roadside vegetation. - Maintain and repair fences, guardrails, concrete barriers and milepost markers. - Maintain drainage systems, dig and clean ditches and repair culverts, inlets and erosion. - Maintain wooded areas which includes replanting, pruning, thinning or trimming trees, shrubs and groundcover. - Service and repair tools and motorized
