Highway Coordinator/EIT
About the role
We are looking for a Highway Design Coordinator who can work on a team with other project engineers on the detailed design of urban and rural roadway projects. You will take responsibility for alignment and profile, geometrics, drainage, development of plans and construction estimates. You will also assist with the creation and submission of technical reports, specifications and calculations. Your contributions will help define the future of mobility.

- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
- Candidate must hold an Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate. If not, they will be placed into a Design Coordinator job code and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression
- Proficient with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, familiarity and demonstrated experience with Highways and Roads engineering software such as Bentley ConceptStation and Open Roads Designer and/or Autodesk Infraworks and Civil3d
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field
Qualifications
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Skills
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate preferred

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
