Responsibilities
- Directly oversee, train, guide and support front of the house staff
- Indirectly oversee and support back of the house staff
- Maintain and ensure friendly, efficient service levels
- Be accountable for food and beverage items meeting or exceeding standards
- Comprehend and manage inventory, COGS, labor, supplies, etc. consistent with budgetary guidelines
- Daily observational coaching and guidance of each team member in relation to their performance
- Cleanliness, sanitation and organization of the work area
- Provide constructive feedback in relation to improved performance
Requirements
- Five years or more of management experience in a full-service food and beverage business
- Yavapai County Food Safety Manager Certificate (www.yavapai.us/chs/)
- Azariah Department of Liquor License and Control – Title 4 certificate
