Responsibilities

  • Directly oversee, train, guide and support front of the house staff
  • Indirectly oversee and support back of the house staff
  • Maintain and ensure friendly, efficient service levels
  • Be accountable for food and beverage items meeting or exceeding standards
  • Comprehend and manage inventory, COGS, labor, supplies, etc. consistent with budgetary guidelines
  • Daily observational coaching and guidance of each team member in relation to their performance
  • Cleanliness, sanitation and organization of the work area
  • Provide constructive feedback in relation to improved performance

Requirements

  • Five years or more of management experience in a full-service food and beverage business
  • Yavapai County Food Safety Manager Certificate (www.yavapai.us/chs/)
  • Azariah Department of Liquor License and Control – Title 4 certificate
