What You'll Do
- Engage directly with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
- Set qualified appointments for free roof inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent Southern National Roofing professionally
- Work actively outdoors and stay motivated to meet targets
Compensation & Schedule
- Full-time W-2 position
- Hourly pay plus commission and performance bonuses
- Weekly pay with earning potential up to $1,350 per week
- Work Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM with no overnight travel
- Team transportation provided
Requirements
- Comfortable with face-to-face communication and interacting with homeowners
- Positive attitude and motivation to succeed
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to work 40 hours per week within scheduled hours
- High school diploma or equivalent
