About the role

We are seeking dedicated and clinically sound RNs and LPNs to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. This role includes intermittent visits, private duty shifts, and care plan coordination. If you're licensed in Florida, reliable, and looking to make a meaningful impact in a flexible per diem role, we’d love to connect.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing visits: wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments.
• Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support.
• Monitor and document patient condition and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.

Requirements

• Valid RN or LPN Florida license.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Florida-required continuing education units (CEUs).
• Physical health form completed within the last 6 months.
• Negative TB skin test results, chest X-ray, or Quantiferon-TB Gold blood test (QFT-Plus).
• Level 2 background clearance verified in ACHA.
• Clear English communication skills.
• Good driving record.
• Reliable transportation and proof of car insurance.
• Professional and punctual demeanor.
