The Role at Dayton Christian Church is dedicated to providing a supportive environment for individuals seeking spiritual growth and community. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly worship services, ensuring they are engaging and spiritually enriching.
• Facilitate small group discussions that encourage personal and communal growth.
• Organize and lead retreats and other community-building events.
• Maintain a welcoming presence in the church hallways and during events.

Requirements

• A strong background in Christian theology and practice.
• Experience leading worship and facilitating small groups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Theology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective public speaking and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

$50,000 annually.
