The Team You Will Join
You'll be part of the Exceptional Special Services team, working closely with teachers, school leadership, and counselors. This team is responsible for ensuring students receive the appropriate services, accommodations, and supports they need academically.

In this role, your work will directly impact students and families by ensuring IEPs and 504 plans are implemented and that students receive the service and accommodations they need to thrive. You'll help support learners, ensure compliance, and enhance the student experience, contributing to Primavera's mission in a meaningful and visible way.
A Typical Day Looks Like
- Communicating with students and parents on a weekly basis via phone, email, live video sessions, and other means
- Writing and enforcing IEPs and 504s
- Collaborating with other members of the Exceptional Student Services team and General Education Instructors to ensure students are receiving the appropriate support and accommodations
- Participating in professional development and departmental meetings as needed
- Aiding the Student Study Team in evaluating and monitoring students
- Performing 45-day screenings and other duties as necessary to comply with all applicable state and federal regulations
Qualifications
This position requires availability to work core business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona time, Monday through Friday.
