About the Role

Community Unit School District 200 is seeking a dynamic, energetic High School Social Studies Teacher (Long-term Guest Teacher) who maintains a positive learning environment, holds high academic expectations, and creates a student-centered classroom while building rapport with students, parents and staff. This person will work collaboratively in professional learning communities to achieve goals with a common purpose focused on student learning.

Certification Requirements

• Current Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Endorsement in Social Science in one or more fields: Economics, Geography, History, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, or Anthropology
• Senior High School endorsement
