About the role

This position provides support to students requiring supervision and special assistance. It may involve one-to-one or small group settings, guided by an IEP. The successful candidate will provide academic and behavioral support.

• Support students in one-to-one or small group settings, guided by an IEP.

Requirements

• Experience or completion of Paraprofessional Classification Exam.
• Starting Pay Range: $16.21/hour - $19.65/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of special education principles and practices.
