Windom Area Schools is seeking a High School Knowledge Bowl Coach for the 2026-2027 school year.

About the role

• Coach high school knowledge bowl team
• Develop and implement coaching strategies
• Manage team logistics including scheduling and travel arrangements
• Collaborate with other coaches and administrators

Responsibilities

• Prepare students for regional and state competitions
• Organize practice sessions and study materials
• Assist in recruiting new members
• Maintain team records and statistics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Experience coaching high school teams
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Union contract salary stipend is: $1,852

Schedule

Hours are flexible but require availability during school hours and after-school practices.
