About the role

As a Dental Assistant, you will assist with procedures, prepare treatment rooms, take X-rays, update patient records, sterilize tools, support front-desk activities, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines such as OSHA and HIPAA. You'll contribute to creating a positive patient experience and support clinical teams to deliver quality care.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures
- Prepare and clean treatment areas
- Take X-rays (training available)
- Manage patient information
- Sterilize tools and maintain a clean workspace
- Support check-in and scheduling processes
- Share post-treatment care instructions
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and eagerness to learn
- Background check, valid driver’s license, and work authorization in the U.S.
- Preferred but not required: Dental assisting certification
- Preferred but not required: Bilingual in Spanish and English
