High School Girls Volleyball Assistant Coach

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach in implementing effective practices and game strategies.
• Provide support during games and practices as directed by the head coach.
• Work collaboratively with the head coach to enhance players' skills through drills and exercises.
• Provide additional coaching and guidance to players as needed.
• Motivate and inspire players to excel in their performance and teamwork.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, school staff, and the athletics department.

Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience in boys' volleyball is preferred.
• Knowledge of volleyball rules, strategies, and skill development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and commitment to the holistic development of studentathletes.

The successful candidate must also be able to obtain all necessary background checks, including FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse History Clearance, and a physical examination.
