High School Girls Soccer – Varsity Head Coach

About the role

The successful candidate will lead the high school girls soccer team, focusing on both skill development and competitive play.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs to improve player skills and teamwork.
• Manage team logistics including scheduling practices, games, and travel arrangements.
• Work closely with parents and other coaches to foster a positive team environment.
• Attend all home and away games and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in coaching, education, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level.
• Experience with youth sports management and leadership.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Passion for soccer and commitment to the growth and success of young athletes.

Skills
