High School Campus Testing Facilitator - General Interest

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, support, and facilitate local, state, College Board, and CCMR-related assessments.
  • Support and/or act as one of the Advanced Placement (AP) campus coordinators.
  • Attend all District training regarding testing and assessment.
  • Collaborate with the Campus Section 504/MTSS Facilitator, as well as campus, SPED, and ESL educators/administrators to ensure students receive appropriate testing accommodations.
  • Serve as the Students with Disabilities (SSD) Coordinator by submitting and managing student accommodation requests for College Board exams, ensuring compliance with policies and effective communication with students, families, and staff.
  • Facilitate the organization and preparation of testing materials in accordance with individual testing requirements and with established testing protocols and guidelines.
  • Develop seating plans, assign proctoring duties, and prepare testing facilities.
  • Collaborate with campus administrators to organize and plan for administration and follow up local, state, CCMR-related, and College Board testing processes.
  • Evaluate individual student data.
  • Train proctors on campus.
  • Prepare rosters for eligible students for testing.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure documented accommodations are accurate for each student.
  • Manage inventories on all testing materials before, during, and after testing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • Valid Texas teacher certification
  • Minimum Of Three Years Of Teaching Experience
  • Secondary teaching experience preferred
  • Experience With Advanced Academics Programs Preferred
  • Experience with state and/or college-entrance test administration experience preferred

Pay

Actual salary will be calculated based upon experience.
