High School Assistant Football Coach
Job Description
The High School Assistant Football Coach position at Salem High School is seeking a dedicated individual to support the head coach in all aspects of the football program. The successful candidate will assist in game planning, player development, and team management.

Responsibilities
- Assist in game planning and strategy development
- Work with players to improve skills and performance
- Manage team logistics and travel arrangements
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and administration
- Participate in team meetings and practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
- Experience coaching high school sports preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Knowledge of high school football rules and regulations
