About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Future Farmers of America (FFA) Program Coordinator. This role is designed to support agricultural education and leadership development for high school students across the country. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture, education, and youth development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate FFA programs and activities at the local, state, and national levels.
  • Coordinate with educators, volunteers, and stakeholders to enhance agricultural education curricula.
  • Plan and execute leadership conferences, competitions, and workshops for FFA members.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to FFA students, helping them achieve personal and professional growth.
  • Manage program budgets, grants, and fundraising initiatives to support FFA activities.
  • Collaborate with agricultural organizations, businesses, and government agencies to secure partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Monitor and report on program outcomes, ensuring alignment with FFA’s mission and goals.
  • Travel may be required to attend events, meetings, and conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Education, Agriculture, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with youth programs, preferably in an agricultural or educational setting.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
