High Performance/lifestyle Footwear Designer - Creative Director

Location: Miami, FL

Brand new high-performance tennis shoe brand launching at the US Open 2026. We will be utilizing tennis as a platform to expand our footwear tennis design into athleisure lifestyle shoes. It is a young, small company and we all wear many hats.

About the role

We are seeking a High Performance/Lifestyle Footwear Designer - Creative Director to lead the design vision and execution of our innovative footwear line. Interpersonal communication and flexibility in “doing what needs to be done” attitude is paramount.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction and design of high-performance tennis footwear and athleisure lifestyle shoes.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design language across all product lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and manufacturing.
• Oversee the entire design process from concept to final product, ensuring alignment with brand vision and market trends.
• Contribute to strategic decisions regarding product launches and brand positioning.
• Wear multiple hats as needed in a fast-paced, startup environment.
