- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer preferences and requirements.
- Showcase Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Arrange and conduct test drives to help customers make informed decisions.
Sales and Negotiation
- Effectively present pricing, options, and incentives to customers.
- Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring customer enthusiasm in a modern luxury environment.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on vehicle maintenance and service plans.
Compliance and Documentation
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in sales and finance operations.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of sales and financing transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably with luxury brands and proven track record of high CSI/NPS Results.
- Knowledge of financing and insurance products related to vehicle sales.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications and relevant software.
