About the Role

We're recruiting an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager for our Audi store. This is a luxury franchise with a discerning clientele and a pay plan that rewards performance directly.

Responsibilities

• Own every delivery—new, used, lease, and cash—with a consistent, compliant menu presentation
• Drive product performance with efficiency, transparency, and polish
• Keep funding clean and CIT tight; luxury paper should never sit

Requirements

• Proven F&I manager with verifiable production—luxury or import experience strongly preferred
• Fluent in captive programs
• Professional who protects gross through value, not friction
• CDK and Darwin experience a plus; a track record matters more than a software resume
