High-Level Litigation Paralegal

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers a great opportunity to work on complex, high-profile litigation cases, and contribute to the success of our legal department. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in legal research, trial preparation, e-discovery, and cite checking. Commercial or complex litigation experience is required. A bachelor's degree is also required. This position requires at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficient in legal research, e-discovery, and trial preparation
• Experience with Relativity and Blue Book citation is essential
• Strong knowledge of court rules, procedures, and litigation terminology
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
