High Level Banquet Server

Location: Northern Scottsdale Job Type: Contract/ Seasonal – Looking for specific availability for an event on Friday October 16th and available for in person training Tuesday October 6th 530p-730p IN person downtown phoenix or virtually. Compensation: $30/hour for event day. $50 flat rate for training. Cloth & Flame creates temporary venues and culinary experiences wherever they can be imagined while working to conserve land by paying our partner properties for low-impact use. Our events combine great food and unexpected locations with immersive programming to foster collisions in a new way. Position Overview We are currently seeking an experienced, professional High-Level Server with a strong background in fine dining and high-end event service. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of elevated hospitality, a polished and professional demeanor, and the ability to anticipate the needs of discerning guests. Key Responsibilities Deliver impeccable table service in a formal setting, including plated, coursed, and cocktail-style serviceMaintain a refined presence and composure in high-pressure, high-profile environmentsAnticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionallyCollaborate with event coordinators, chefs, and other service staff to ensure seamless event executionUphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and discretionProvide knowledgeable guidance on menu offerings, wine pairings, and specialty cocktails when applicable Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a server in fine dining or luxury event settingsStrong knowledge of food, wine, and upscale service etiquetteAbility to maintain a high level of professionalism at all timesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with VIP clients, celebrities, or ultra-high-net-worth individualsFamiliarity with formal service styles (e.g., French, Russian, butlered, etc.)Fine dining or hospitality training/certifications a plus To Apply: Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience.
