About the role

Vishay Tansitor is seeking an HE Sub Assembler Operator to ensure the efficient running of HE operations at the Bennington, VT manufacturing location. Vishay Tansitor is the world’s number one manufacturer of wet tantalum and conformal-coated capacitors, employing approximately 100 people across 3 shifts.

Responsibilities

• Predominantly assembly tasks to ensure smooth workflow
• Processes including but not limited to:
  • Sandblasting
  • Punch ta disc
  • Stamp foil
  • Chemical deposition
  • Heat treat
  • Produce membranes
  • Welding assembly
  • Vacuum impregnation
  • Various inspections

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions
• Good communication and math skills
• Must qualify as a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations
