Responsibilities

• Complete apartment maintenance duties as required by service requests submitted by residents.

Requirements

• Must be a high school or college student, at least 16 years of age.
• Currently enrolled in electrical, general carpentry, plumbing, or general building maintenance programs through LCCTC.

Skills

• Ability to learn and use tools, prints, and measuring instruments.
• Team‑player attitude.
• Strong attention to detail.
