Job Summary

Be the pediatric nurse you've always wanted to be with BAYADA Home Health Care! Join our Transition Team and earn up to $45/hour, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus after completing 100 billable hours with a high-acuity trach/vent client. On top of that, you can earn up to an additional $2,700 by referring your qualified nursing friends!

Compensation & Schedule

Competitive pay based on skill level, licensure, and shift differentials
Flexible full-time and part-time schedules (8–12 hour shifts)

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license
• Minimum of one year of verifiable nursing experience (pediatric experience preferred)
• Experience in NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care with trach/vent highly preferred
• Passing score on high-tech pediatric simulations
• CPR certification
• Ability to educate and support the ongoing BAYADA care team
• Commitment to a consistent schedule

Expectations

• Willingness to travel up to 1 hour within Lehigh and Northampton counties
• Availability for at least 2 weekend shifts per month
• Reliable and flexible to support team and client scheduling needs
