About the role

Banyan Living is actively seeking a highly experienced Property Manager to lead the management of our luxury multifamily community located in Stow, OH. This senior role demands a proactive leader with an extensive background in property management, particularly within luxury or high‑end residential settings. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, enhancing resident satisfaction, and optimizing financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple property operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and high resident retention.
• Develop and manage property budgets, financial reporting, and achieve occupancy targets.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise on‑site teams to meet company standards and operational goals.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee maintenance and capital improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, safety, and other regulatory requirements.
• Implement strategic initiatives to enhance community engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of property management experience, with a focus on luxury multifamily housing.
• Demonstrated success in managing large properties or portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting and NOI management.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• CAPS, CAM, or CPM certifications preferred but not required.
• Deep knowledge of relevant real estate laws and regulations, including Fair Housing.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
