About the role

Higginsville Habilitation Center is recruiting for Registered Nurses to join a team that supports adults with developmental disabilities. HHC is a state-operated program within the Department of Mental Health and provides 24/7 care.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and direct medical support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Oversee the medical needs of individuals in collaboration with their primary care provider and support team.
• Communicate with internal and external team members and participate in the individual's planning process.
• Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri.
• Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis for denial of consideration.

Shift

• 6:00 am - 6:30 pm
• Rotating weekends and holidays
