About the role
We are currently hiring experienced professional caregivers to provide Hourly and Weekend care for our clients in Charlotte County. Part Time/Full Time with flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends. Our Caregivers are responsible for the physical care and emotional support of clients who may no longer be able to care for themselves due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability. The ideal candidate must care for clients and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect, while encouraging empathy and understanding.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)
- Actively engage with each client by providing companionship, social, and emotional support
- Assist with personal care activities, including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
- Maintain order, safety, and client enjoyment at all times
- Provide transportation to and from appointments if needed
- Document completion of tasks in detail
- Report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
- Alert Care Manager / Staffing Coordinator of major changes or incidents during your shift

Dial-a-Nurse is a family-owned and operated home health agency in business for over 40 years, serving communities in Naples, Ft Myers, and Sarasota, FL. We provide skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care, and rehabilitation therapy.
Requirements
- Caregiving experience: 6 months (Preferred)
- CNA or HHA license (Preferred)
