About the role

Provide compassionate care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and managing medical needs under the supervision of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene and medication management
• Help patients maintain independence in daily living activities
• Communicate patient needs and progress to healthcare providers
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during visits

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Passing score on a background check
• Experience in home health care or related field preferred

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical stamina and mobility

Skills

• CPR certification
• Basic computer skills
