About the role

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assist members with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and meals
• Bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Work comfortably in diverse client homes and respect various personalities and behaviors
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence

Requirements

• Valid NJ Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) License
• Vietnamese speaking preferred
• Drivers preferred
• Compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty
