HHA/PCA Needed – Dementia Care Experience Required

Qualifications

• Valid HHA/PCA certification in the state of NY.
• At least 1 year of hands-on dementia care experience.
• Updated medicals/vaccinations or willingness to obtain.
• Completed drug screen or completed Habituation Form.
• Successfully complete Alvita Care process to accept cases.
• Able to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging behaviors with care.
• Trusted, reliable, and compassionate.
• Memory Care, Palliative, ADL, and transfer experience a plus.

Pay

$19.10-20.00/hourly.

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, & per diem schedule options available.
• 6 - 12 hour day time shifts available; overnights available occasionally.
• Weekend availability and flexibility with shifts.
