About the role
This position provides custodial and personal care services to clients that contract with Assisting Hands for services under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and in compliance with the Plan of Care designated by the RN. Reports to: Director of Nursing. FLSA Status: Non-exempt, hourly.

Requirements
- CPR Certification Card
- TB Test
- CEU's
- Level 2 live-scan criminal background check*
- Certain positions require Level II background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse (see https://info.flclearinghouse.com)
Qualifications
- Education: Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant
- Individual must have successfully completed and provide evidence of formal home health aide training or certification as a Nursing Assistant per state law and regulation.
- One (1) year experience in the home or long-term care setting is preferred.
Schedule
Hours: Dependent on assignment. Assisting Hands does not guarantee hours.
