HHA / PCA Qualifications
- Valid (HHA) Home Health Aide OR (PCA) Personal Care Aide Certificate
- Current Photo ID & Social Security card
- Drug screen (last 6 months)
- Complete physical (within the last 6 mo)
- Two reference letters (Personal or Professional)
HHA / PCA Responsibilities
- Assists patients by providing personal services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Social Interaction: Report any changes in the patient’s condition or incidents to RN Supervisor or therapist.
Language
English, Spanish, Creeole, Russian, Hungarian

- HHA or PCA Certificate (Required)
