HHA (Home Health Aide) Part Time Evening Shift

About the Role

We are seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) in Belleville, IL, to work Monday through Friday from 2pm to 6pm. This role offers the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to a single client, making a meaningful difference in their life. No prior home health care experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating patients, and providing fresh water and extra nourishment between meals.
• Help patients with personal hygiene, including providing bedpans, assisting with baths, shampoos, and showers.
• Provide adjunct care such as ice packs, non-sterile dressings, and therapeutic baths.
• Check vital signs and record daily information in the patient's chart.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures, and comply with federal, state, and local requirements, as well as Joint Commission standards.
• Perform other assigned duties.
