HHA/ Home Health Aide For Home Care Agency- Yonkers

Summit Home Health Care is currently looking to hire certified caregivers to provide exceptional care for our patients. We seek trustworthy team players ready to work with Summit to deliver outstanding care.

Responsibilities

• Daily personal care (bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, etc.)
• Assist with daily living activities per the Plan of Care
• Monitor patients and report on their condition
• Help with patient meals and feeding, as well as basic housekeeping functions
• Accompany the patient to doctor's visits, shopping, and other essential errands

Requirements

• New York State Home Health Aide Certificate
• Government Issued ID, Social Security Card & Work Authorization (if needed)
• 2 Recommendation Letters
• Recent Physical
• TB Screening (Quantiferon preferred)
• Flu shot
• Rubella & Rubeola titer lab work
• Chain of Custody Drug Screen (no older than 6 months)
