Responsibilities
- Daily personal care (bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, etc.)
- Aid with daily living activities per the Plan of Care
- Monitor patients and report on their condition
- Help with patient meals and basic housekeeping functions
- Accompany the patient to doctor's visits, shopping, and other essential errands
Requirements
- New York State Home Health Aide Certificate
- Government Issued ID, Social Security Card & Work Authorization, if needed
- Two Recommendation Letters
- Recent Physical
- TB Screening (Quantiferon preferred)
- Flu shot
- Rubella & Rubeola titer lab work
- Chain of Custody Drug Screen no older than 6 months
