HHA Home Health Aide

Join Benchmark’s Greystone Farm at Salem as a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), HHA, LNA, or experienced caregiver. Provide care to residents in a warm, home‑like environment with full‑time, part‑time, and per‑diem opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred or caregiving experience.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Pay

Up to $20.50 per hour.

Schedule

• Days: 6 a.m.–2 p.m. or 7 a.m.–3 p.m.
• Evenings: 2 p.m.–10 p.m. or 3 p.m.–11 p.m.
• Nights: 10 p.m.–6 a.m. or 11 p.m.–7 a.m.
