About the role

BAYADA is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to support clients in Seminole and Orange counties. This role involves providing personal care services, household support, and companion care to help adults stay safe and independent at home.

Responsibilities

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse
• Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Offer household support tasks like light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, etc.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Perform range of motion/exercises
• Aid with ambulation (using mechanical lifting devices)
• Remind clients about medication

Requirements

• HHA Certificate of 75 Hours or CNA License
• CPR Certificate from an in-person class
• One year of work experience in any setting
• Current Level 2 Background Check through AHCA
