About the role

The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 50-year-old home health agency seeking Home Health Aides/Certified Nursing Assistants in Palm Beach County.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and private in-home services as assigned by a licensed professional.
• Follow individualized work plans and provide safe assistance to patients/clients with activities of daily living.

Requirements

• Active Florida HHA certificate (75-hour) or active Florida CNA license.
• CPR certification (preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• A genuine passion for caring for seniors and individuals in need.
• Previous home care or facility experience is a plus.
