Responsibilities
- Provide home health aide services or certified nursing assistant services
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all HIPAA guidelines
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting
- Monitor patient’s vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare provider
- Administer medications as directed by the healthcare provider
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members
Requirements
- MUST HAVE HHA CERTIFICATE (OR PASS HHA TEST)
- MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF A VALID CPR CARD
- MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS or CURRENT CHEST XRAY
- MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE
