Immediate openings available for CNA's and HHA's for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions to care for clients in their homes and one-on-one in facilities. Join our team and enjoy a fun, flexible, and caring work environment with competitive pay!
Responsibilities
- Companionship (playing games, talking, going for walks with clients)
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Reporting to the office any changes with clients during shift
- Transportation using client’s vehicle or personal vehicle
- Running errands
- Meal planning and preparation
- Working with Alzheimer’s & Dementia clients
- Using a mobile device to clock in and out for shifts
- Communication with the office
- Assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers)
Requirements
- Previous experience with private-duty home care and/or working in a facility (1 year or more)
- Commitment to treating clients with dignity and respect
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license (a plus)
- Active CPR certification
- Level 2 Background Screen from the State of Florida
- Completed HIV/Alzheimer’s CEUs in the last 2 years
- Able to use a smartphone to clock in and out for shifts
- Able to pass a Home Health Aide competency test and practical
