Responsibilities
- walks, outings, games, crafts, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and conversation
- light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, dishes, dusting, trash removal, and checking mail
- personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- medication and appointment reminders
- assist with transportation to doctor’s appointments
Qualifications
- English language comprehension skills
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day
- able to act in a compassionate and supportive manner with complex clients
- available to work a consistent schedule
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
- experience working as a caregiver, HHA, or CNA
