- Observing patients and reporting observations
- Documenting observations and care provided
- Ensuring quality, continuity, and safety of patient care
Requirements
- Valid Home Health Aide Certification
- Reliable vehicle for work
- Current Driver’s License and clean driving record
- CPR certified (Healthcare Provider)
- Home Health & Hospice experience preferred
- Understanding of hospice philosophy and issues of death and dying
