About the role

Provide compassionate care to individuals in their homes, focusing on personal hygiene, medication administration, light housekeeping, and other supportive services.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Perform light cleaning and organization tasks
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in home health care or related field preferred
• Pass background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
