HH Graduate LPN/LVN, Licensed

Responsibilities

• Performs skilled nursing services under the supervision of an RN.
• Affords assistance to patients in learning self-care techniques.
• Affords assistance to physicians and RNs in performing specialized procedures.
• Communicates the current health status and needs of patients to the RN and other staff.
• Performs on-call responsibilities and services to patients/families.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work.
• CPR certification.
• Less than one year of clinical LPN experience.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation and required liability insurance.
