About the role

The HFM Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Health and Family Management department, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of community health needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Health and Family Management department
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance community health outcomes
• Provide guidance and support to staff members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency is required

Schedule
